Why We Built Our Own Products

We kept noticing the same gap: clients left the shop with a perfect fade and a clean texture, then struggled to recreate it at home.

This is the one our barbers are most excited about. Texturizing Paste No. 001 is made to give hair real shape and movement without the stiff, shiny "helmet" look. It suits the styles we cut most often: textured crops, messy fringes, tapers and fades with volume on top.

How to Use Them Like a Barber

Products only perform as well as the routine behind them. Here is how our barbers would use No. 001 at home:

1. Wash smart. Use Special Wash No. 001, massage into the scalp for 30 to 60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.

2. Towel dry, don't soak. Hair should be damp to almost dry. Too wet and the paste loses grip.

3. Less is more. Take a fingertip-sized amount of Texturizing Paste No. 001 and warm it between your palms until it almost disappears.

4. Back to front. Work it in from the back and sides first, then the top. This avoids a heavy front.

5. Twist and define. Use your fingertips to pinch and twist pieces for that lived-in, textured finish.
